There's also a story of this happening at a CCC event one year where all
the event's Osmocom SIMs got shut down by a local MNO network. Not sure
if that is publicly documented somewhere. (it may be at least mentioned
in some talk that was recorded.)
BTW, You can add PLMNs to the FPLMN list with pysim, Again, not sure if
there is a simple howto out there on that. Anybody?
