Those flags are for spamd, not spamlogd. I'd start with the defaults, if
I were you.

What's the output of `ps ax |grep spam`?

You should see your (regular) smtp connections aswell. Are you 100% sure
pf is up and running? Does `sudo pfctl -sr` give you all the rules you
expect to see?

What happens if you send a message to your box from any external client?
Try a yahoo.com account you might have. What happens? Any error messages
in your Yahoo! inbox?

For kicks, run `sudo tcpdump -nvi pflog0` while you do that. What do you
see?
