--As for the rest, it is mine. Sendmail is fine. It's the workhorse/Swiss Army knife of the email server world: It can handle anything, and do anything you could possibly need. The price of that is that has more options than anything else, and can be hard to set up. (Though for common setups they have an abstraction layer that brings the options to within normal manageable levels, about the same as the rest.) I've used Postfix mostly myself: It's a little less resource-intensive, and easier to learn. It can't quite do everything that Sendmail can, but very few really need it to. Daniel T.
