Dear all: What do you think of these rules? I use my laptop to mostly download things from the internet from a browser (movies!), but also big data with scp. I also upload data with it. Other than that, I am a regular user (some chatting, youtube and downloading of scientific papers):

How could I set up the rules, such that they will be taken into account independently of the interface I am using? Any suggestions? Thanks!
