I was thinking about it, when I'll have some time I will make an autoconf
file having the main Makefile with the right subst.

The OpenCA-SV module is acutally a C program (sv/sign/verify) so the autoconf
was needed. I am not an expert in Autoconf so if someone wants to voloteer...
