If you plan using the DB module (not the DBI) then initialization is being
done within the installation process ( at least in snapshots - which version
are you using ?? ).
Also consider the SNAPs to be most likely not stable, use it just to test.
Soon there will be a 'stable' version 0.8 so I suggest you to wait for it
(it should be out in a couple of week).
If you want to use the DBI module check the ca.conf / raserver.conf /public.conf
files and set the DBModule to "DBI".
