Yes, this is an error in parameters as the openssl ca command
does not use the cacert switch.

I have checked it and I found you are right!!! Anyway I've had time to
work on it and I have fixed some of the issues, still it is not tested
fully. Main changes are:

        o fixed -key
        o added -passin feature (just as openssl)
        o added -keyform
        o added -engine (engine support)

As I have already said this is to be tested, althought it seems to be
working (no engine test -- I have no hw to test engine on).
