There was an error in the DBI.pm module in the VERSION definition that
prevented the 'make dist' target to work properly. This has been fixed
(should contain only version numbers, i.e. '0.4.3' and not 'ver 0.4.3')

It's been a mistake it was there. It is a standalone not working daemon
that has been relased just as a demo... removing was the right choice.

It has been fixed -- not needed.

Just use that command to issue the certificate on the CA. Then use the
browserexport one to generate a .p12 file in the $ca/p12 dir that is to
be imported into the Netscape Browser of the RA Operator.
