Ok, I agree. I will post the problem to the sourceforge people after the
release of the v0.8.0 as this version has no modules within the openca-0.8
dir. Then we'll be able to move to the new structure.

Michael, can you keep up updating modules to the openca-0.9 tree ? Also
some changes have been made to the whole issuing process on the 0.8 that
are quite useful such as the certificate profile requesting, fixed
pkcs10 subject modification, distinguished name editing "reasonable" on
RAServer (simple and flexible).

Some fixes have been made to the netscape, ie and pkcs10 request scripts
too.
