I agree with you. There is no need to actually have this dir into the src
structure.

These can be removed as well. Makefiles will have to generate the
missing files.

What is meant to be in common/data/storage ? This is to be removed, to me.
Also the data/openssl should be included in a contrib/ dir as this is tied
to the openssl directly, not openca.
