While this is obviously correct, it seems that the other "important" (for us)
types are also not registered:
application/x-x509-ca-cert
application/x-x509-email-cert
application/x-pkcs7-crl
However: types beginning with "x-" are "officially" non-official (RFC2045)
and cannot be registered.
I just found x-pkcs12 being listed in several FAQs about Windows file
extensions and MIME types.
