tree to 0.10.0.

Here's another option:
Call the fix-release 0.9.1.1.  The dash in 0.9.1-1 tends to really confuse
the mathemicians out there :).
Also, in my humble opinion, the project is much closer to a 1.0 release
than a revving up to 0.10.0.
