Julio started developing a module for faster parsing of certs, requests and crls. I completed the module now. The module uses OpenSSL's cryptolib directly. In fact we take the code from openssl-0.9.7a/crypto/asn1/t_*.c and put it into a perlmodule via XS.
I will integrate it into OpenCA::OpenSSL this week but it would be nice if some other guys could check and test the module.
