All
the LOAs code in the
cvs is not done yet. the RA side is fully operational but on the CA the code is
not yet useable. please edit the ca.conf (Thanks Michael for fixing it) and
disable it there. I should be able to finish it in the next couple of days.
sorry for the delay. and for those who do not know what LOA is , it is Level of
Assurance. just do a google search on it there are some good papers about
it.
