after more than one week of hacking I finished the next milestone. All languages are now available on every interface. Also the menus and the style of all webinterfaces can be freely defined.
The configure option --with-language was removed and the default language can be configured in config.xml or directly in the configuration file of the interface. This is a major improvement for package maintainers too because they can ship all languages in one package (hope this is ok, Brian).
The next step is the extraction of all the strings. I will do it this week so that the translators can start their work next week. If the LOA support from Bahaa works then we can start thinking about 0.9.2. 0.9.2 would require some doc updates until we can release it.
