Hi Michael,
in the Initialization Page (Phase 1) there is a missing link for generating the CA secret key :-(
I made too many copy & pastes. I overwrite the key pair generation with the request generation in an array but somebody else fixed it already in the CVS. I think we have to publish more snapshots to speedup the bugfixing.
