I will tag openca-0.9 tree for 0.9.2 RC1 at 2003-DEC-05 12:00 UTC. The name of the tag will be openca_0_9_2_RC1 (or better openca_0_9_2_RC_1?).
All commits must be done until this time or you have to send a message for a tag stop. The tag is not a branch tag - only a symbolic tag.
After RC1 tagging I will start updating the language database so that the tranlation can be started. Strings are frozen from this time on. If you find a bug (typo, German English etc.) in C then we have to create en_UK.
