I used these:
http://62.231.98.62:90/cgi-bin/ca/ca?cmd=viewCert&dataType=VALID_CERTIFICATE&key=5 with internet explorer 6.0.2800.1106 SP1 and openCA 0.9.1.4
I released OpenCA 0.9.1.5. PEMCACert was replaced by CACertificate. CACertificate is cacert.pem.
