I found that both node and ca|ra tries to install a symlink in /etc/openca/servers/ with name common.conf pointing to the node name.
This is problematic in debian since multiple packages can not have the
same file.
Even I do not understand the meaning if multiple packages are installed;
the link will point to te latest installed module.
Can you explain me the meaning of this link?
The file common.conf is used during the startup of the daemon. If an interface will be used then a special configuration will be loaded. We simply need a configuration at startup and therefore we link to an existing one.
I can create it in the postinst script, but I need to know how to do it.
I removed all symlinks except of the one in node. Now there is only one symlink from common.conf to node.conf. I hope this is ok. openca-node is required now by all other packages.
