The clean I did in the build dependency did remove only the dependency not needed for build (but needed before when my perl script was loopking for the presence on the modules) thanks to the disable-externale-modules switch. Actually these dependency are present for openca-common which is needed by every other package. In the debian folder you will find everything you need to build the package, but you have to manually applay the patch for the stylesheet paths.
