Hi,

I actually prepare a new release of openca.pot. OpenCA 0.9.2 will support other character sets than iso 8859-1. So my question is now, if I define the encoding for an HTML page then can I use native characters like ä,ö or ü in the html pages? This would ease the translations dramatically because we have no longer to use ö etc..
