OK it works if in submit_revreq a little replacement is made line 38
my $req = new OpenCA::REQ ( SHELL=>$cryptoShell, DATA="" );
with
my $req = new OpenCA::REQ ( SHELL=>$cryptoShell, GETTEXT => \&i18nGettext, DATA="" );

Yes, you have to add a dynamic link to make the command available for
the public interface.
cd OPENCADIR/lib/servers/pub/cmds/
ln -s ../../../cmds/confirm_revreq
Usually this is handled by the makefile in src/web-interfaces/pub/cmds
during the installation.
