I am proud to announce that the plans for the First Workshop on OpenCA are fixed.
The event will take place on Tuesday 12. October at the Technische Universitaet Muenchen.
The workshop will start at 8.30 and end at around 18.00, so ppl can reach an evening train/plane to go home the same day. Munich central staion is 10 mins by foot, time to airport is approx 1h by taxi and public transport.
The preliminary program:
- introduction to openca in general (1,5 hour)
- presentation of most interessting features (candidates: batch, scep, simple mailsigning pki, Smartcard Logon for Win/Linux) (4 hr)
- presentation of real usage cases with discussion (2hr)
Target audience:
People familiar with PKI structures planning to use or already using OpenCA. The main language will be GERMAN - so please attend only if you can at least understand german. Nevertheless questions in english are welcome.
The number of attendants is limited to 50 - first come, first serve !!
A social event is planned for Monday evening.
The Meeting fee will be less than 100 Euro inluding the social event on Monday.
If you want to attend send an email containing your name, company and some words about your OpenCA project - keep in mind that there are only 50 places !
