I removed it from docs/Makefile. Nevertheless if you run "make" and not "make cvs-build" in docs/guide then you get openca-huide.ps too.
- while running the SuSE package build (building web-interfaces-ldap):
make[10]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/packages/BUILD/openca-0.9.2/src/web-interfaces/ldap/cmds' cd functions && make install make[10]: Entering directory `/usr/src/packages/BUILD/openca-0.9.2/src/web-interfaces/ldap/functions' cd /var/tmp/openca-buildroot/installed_stuff-ldap/usr/local/openca-0.9.2/lib/servers/ldap/functions; \ ln -s ../../../functions/crypto-utils.lib ln: `./crypto-utils.lib': File exists make[10]: *** [/var/tmp/openca-buildroot/installed_stuff-ldap/usr/local/openca-0.9.2/lib/functions/crypto-utils.lib] Error 1
This does not happen on my computer. It looks like one of your builds failed because /var/tmp/openca-buildroot/installed_stuff-ldap is only present if an installation fails before it completes all interfaces. After the installation is complete then installed-stuff_* will be removed and installed-stuff_ldap is only used by the ldap interface.
So I think a cleanup should be enough.

BTW there were only two bugs in your token.xml. This is really good. You can test such files with xmllint -format token.xml.
