Is it know, that there's no make test (even empty) for ocspd and scep?
First I added empty targets to scep and ocspd. Second ocspd cannot be tested because it is a real server. Third scep should have some tests because it is a commandline tool. Perhaps Dalini can add some tests. Now there is only an empty test.
