PS: I don't know if this is the correct place to report the errors that we find while we're trying to deploy OpenCA. Plese let me know if it's not.
If you have such fixes then you can write to openca-devel or you open a bug at http://sf.net/projects/openca/. If you open a bug at sourceforge then this is much easier to manage for us because we cannot lose the bug. The most important thing for us is a good diff or an exact description ;)
