I installed stuff via
for i in install-batch install-ca install-ldap install-node install-pub
install-ra install-scep install-doc; do make $i; done

then as described above. I also looked into configure_etc.sh,
and executed one by hand e.g.

openca-configure /usr/local/OpenCA/etc/config.xml openca_start.template openca_start

Shouldn't it create openca_start file? But it didn't.
However in my previous installation it worked - I do a lot of
installations with cvs checkouts, make clean and starting each one from
the beginning, to make sure it won't surprise me when I get to production
install.

Anyway sometimes I wonder whether I shouldn't change my profession :)
Regards P.
