i just downloaded a cvs version, installed it and configured it and tried to get it running:

this looks a bit strange, shouldn't be this CguCmdsPath not also in the ca.conf.template and so on?
IIRC someone had the same problem on the users list last week...
Think you should file this as a bug and perhaps you find the time to dive into the code :)
