Hello!

I noticed that when a user gets an automatic confirmation mail that his
certificate was approved, the From: email address is not the one specified
in the config.xml, but if the mail is sent manually (at least from the
RA interface) the From: address is correct and also, the subject of the
email has the serial number of the certificate written, while the
automatic one, has only the subject saying something like OpenCA
certificate information.

As I understand it, it should be sent both times in the same way, so I'm
wondering if this is a bug. I'm using the OpenCA 0.9.2 stable.

I also encounter problems when I file in a CRR as a normal user, without
the CRIN, but I sign the request with the certificate that I want to
revoke. In the RA interface, when looking at the CRR's signature I get
some PKCS#7 error, saying that it's not possible to get the signature of the
CRR or to recognize the signature and also, when I then want to approve
and sign the CRR with the RA Operator's certificate, it again gives an
error. I'm using OpenSSL 0.9.7a and the same OpenCA as above.

Other things seemingly work fine.

Any clues?

Janez
