Hi Chris,

I added some notes to the OpenCA guide. You can find them in the tech area (batch and database). I also migrated all batch functions so you can test the complete stuff.

I do not migrated the complete key backup stuff of course because I used the weekend for recreation too - surprising thing ;-D

The new table private allows the implementation of a keybackup mechanism for the normal server side key generation too. Perhaps this is interesting for the guys who support several webadmins which don't backup their keys ;)
