Hi Janez,
I initialized a new testing system and I can verify such CRR signatures. I see on the RA interface the icon "Valid Siganture". Can you activate the debug mode in log.xml and send stderr.log (only of the erroneous command) to the mailing list or better the bug page on SF? Perhaps there is a misconfiguration or another problem with our dataexchange system.
