what do you think about changing from automake and conf to scons? maybe for the next release or later?

i like this software its quite nice we use this in a nother project and its much more clever in things of rebuilding and so on...
just an idea, we may keep in mind, i think
i havn't checked all the things we do with automake/conf but scons is scriptable and a more cleaner aproach
