I wouldn't say I'm good on openca and debian's packages, but for the time being, debian packages could be built (I've posted diff earlier) and I'm testing them right now. Lintian gives some warnings and errors which I ignore for now. Some of them I know how to fix, others need some investigations. After fixing them, somebody could commmit it to CVS.
