Wow, mine is a bit slower than that! Nobody ever said perl was fast... Ok, I guess it fits in nice where OpenSSL is not installed, and where you don't need to parse 100 certs per second. I'm not sure anybody would need that speed (to parse 100/s), but it's there if you do :-)
