the 'breake' is a reduction, but it isn't a 'problematic' reduction of
search space right now... since its only 'easier' to get A collission

but thats not enough to falsefy a certificate or something ;)
it just means its now easier to find a collission at all, to find a
collission that is a valid x.509 structure is much more difficult

not for MD5 anymore
