Better question - who knows how dynamic engine support works (0.9.7 support the same stuff). Best ressource: OpenCA::Token::OpenSC ;-D
However, with 0.9.8: # /usr/local/openssl-snap/bin/openssl genrsa -engine chil 1024
openssl genrsa -engine dynamic -pre ID:chil -pre SO_PATH:/usr/local/lib/ncipherlib.so -pre LIST_ADD:1 -pre LOAD 1024
Please see token.xml (opensc example). You have to play a little bit with this stuff because it is for me mote than a year ago. So the above line is only a first idea.
