Hello Everybody,

I've been having a big problem. My mother language is
spanish so we have caracters like accents (á,é, etc)
and ñ Ñ, when a user requests a certificate the
request has the special characters without any
modification, as well as after approving the request,
but if I issue the certificate I got those special
characters wrong, for example:

ó = \C3\83\C2\B3
ñ = \C3\83\C2\B1

What can I do to bypass these problems?

Do I have to make changes in perl code to solve it? or
is this a problem in openssl?

Any help would be very appreciated,
Johnny
