- server_info works
- all login mechanisms enabled at once
- frameless design
- no cookies (for the firewall(ed) guys)
- test framework like for the shell interface
- new classes OpenCA::UI::HTML::Menu and ::View

some good news related to the HTML interface. I only write notes because I have not much time: This means that we can start the migration. Please remember that it is not allowed to put any configuration issues into server.conf. Please put all these parameters in the file etc/gui/html.xml. If a parameter is already present in server.conf then you can use it of course.
