Take a "version 0.9.2.4++" instead. It is better and
available from
demo2.openca.info
Note, that in respect to SCEP it is a beta of beta.
OCSPD from there would not even compile with
OpenSSL-0.9.8.
If you need regular SCEP (without OpenSSL-0.9.8
and UTF8), and the rest of the system UTF8 ready,
then take a latest stable snapshot from CVS.
The same ref explains how.
OCSPD could be installed as a stand-alone stuff.
Reasonable alfa is shipping now as part of the
HEAD branch, from where you have to extract
it by hand.
