I am trouble downloading a cert from the CA to RA, it sees it, tries to export
but fails with a -1 error through the web interface? Same with the cleanup of
this record, -1? Why would this error occur? Is it not seeing or talking to
the RA? I read through the logs, and they do not tell me much.
