I've tried it with OpenSSL 1.0.0a and OpenSSL 0.9.8k-7ubuntue8.1!
Do you think this is the problem?
I'll try lower versions compatible with OpenCA v1.1.0;
BTW, my Open CA Tools version is 1.3.0.
