1. do not change getStaticPage, it is better to change the translation file
   (i18 stuff).
2. the OpenCA daemon reads *all* files in lib/cmds/ on startup, including
   all backup files left over from editors. If you move away one cmd
   file but leave a backup copy in the directory that contains the
   same functions, the system will still read it and use its functions.
