Try adding the "OpenSSL_DIR" keyword into the ca.conf installed file
(cgi-ca directory). Something like:
OpenSSL_DIR "/usr/local/OpenCA/stuff/openssl"
This should work. Check, and in case create it, the existance of the
pointed dir.
