Ok, I installed the new version of TRIStateCGI and it solved the problem.
But now I get this failure (still when running the Certificate Request perl
script)

Can't use string ("-name") as a HASH ref while "strict refs" in use at
/usr/local/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.6.1/OpenCA/TRIStateCGI.pm line 111.

Any ideas?
