Ok, i got your openssl SNAP and after installing it, in a first view allmost everthing
work realy fine - thank you very much!
Initialising, requesting and issuing certs was possible.

But yout ftp link for the central FTP server in the download page ist not working. 
With a ftp client a download is possible.
