Because it is under construction. I remove the modules
OpenCA::OpenSSL::Configuration and OpenCA::RBAC.
OpenSSL configuration must be done manually because it is so complex,
that it is not possible to find an easy way to handle all the
capabilities of OpenSSL.
I redesign the hole configuration and prepare a patch for the snapshots.
The configuration-link will first be active in OpenCA 0.9. If
configuration is ready I will start a openca-0.9-tree in the cvs which
will be the same like openca-0.8 except of configuration and RBAC.
