So I think we need a script which checks all the code and replaces the
links to /cgi-bin/ in the directories cmds/, sheets/ and forms/.
Additionally the htdocs-xyz must be fixed.

If you patch at every time the hole snapshot do you wrote a script for
this or do you have a list what you have to do?

The problem is that not all pages are dynamic pages so the snapshot must
be fixed during the installation.
