Most of the Netscape Browsers are not capable of downloading a V2 CRL
(CRL with extensions). Anyway also the second CRL reported is a V2...
Check the issuerAltName that seems to be empty in the first one while
missing in the second.
Also the HASH algorithm is different (although this should not be a
problem...).
