The comon problem is that usually administrators forget to initialize the
database before any other operation either on the CA and on RAServer, did
you initialized the DB ? You can try doing this:

        o delete the dB files in the dB/ directory;
        o update the module with the latest version (from CVS);
        o initialize the dB;

Also check to have support for DBMS like GNU, BerkeleyDB (and have it in
PERL) because NDBM do not support data >1kb so this could be a problem
for you (check the db files extensions).
