Yes, it is possible. You must have a normal link which directs to the
certificate.
<a href="cacert.crt">CA-Certificate</a>
The important thing is that your webserver must know the suffix .crt and
must send the correct mimetype.
AddType application/x-x509-ca-cert .crt
The browser imports the ca-certifcate automatically with a dialogue.
